As we have wrapped up our second round of onsite vaccinations at University Village this past week, we’re excited to share that we have successfully vaccinated over 98% of our residents.
We’d like to extend our sincere gratitude to our staff who have worked tirelessly over the past few weeks to provide our residents with the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine. As a result, our progress in vaccinating our residents in January and February has been exceptional, and there have been zero adverse reactions to the vaccine at University Village.
We’d also like to thank our staff for taking action to keep themselves safe, supporting one another, and building a solid barrier of protection against COVID-19 – validating what we have always believed to be true: that it’s going to take the participation of the majority of our community before we can put the pandemic behind us.
As we move forward in the phased reopening of more services and amenities, the health and safety of our residents and staff continue to remain our number one priority. Thanks to the coordinated efforts of our community, University Village is one step closer to beating COVID-19.
